Tall stems with beautiful lightly speckled bell flowers. A classic staple of the garden that makes a great addition to a cut flower bouquet!

The Camelot Series is a reliable first-year flowering foxglove. This mix contains a dreamy blend of white, cream, rose, and lavender shades. While this variety may perennialize in your space, we treat foxglove as an annual for cut flower production.

Approximate Seeds per Packet: 20

Variety/Hardiness: Delicate Perennial (Zone 4 – we often treat these as annuals as this specific variety blooms in the first year)

Sunlight: Sun/Part Shade

Mature Height: 28″ – 40″

Germination: 14-21 days at 18-21°C.  Do not cover seed with soil; light is required for germination.

Sowing:

Transplant (recommended): Sow indoors 10-12 weeks before the last frost, transplant to the garden once all threat of frost has passed.

Direct Seeding: Not recommended

Care: No special care required.

Harvesting:

Fresh: Harvest stems when about half of the bells up the stock are open. Adding flower preservative in their water will prolong their vase life.

Dried: Not a common dried flower.

Note: ALL PARTS OF FOXGLOVE ARE POISONOUS IF INGESTED! Exercise caution around children, pets, or livestock. Purchasers of this variety assume all risks and liabilities associated with growing foxglove.
