RETURN POLICY


You can always contact us for any return questions at orders@lilystonegardens.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as seeds or plants), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

SEEDS & CORMS

Due to many factors such as environment, water, sunlight etc. surrounding the germination of seeds and/or corms, we are not responsible for failed growth and/or poor germination. Improper storage of seeds may also contribute to lack of germination and/or growth. Any and all responsibility due to growth is solely on the buyer and Lily Stone Gardens holds no responsibility for germination and/or growth.

PLANTS 

Due to many factors such as environment, water, sunlight etc. surrounding the care of plant(s), we are not responsible for failed or poor growth and/or death of the plant. Any and all responsibility of care is solely on the buyer and Lily Stone Gardens holds no responsibility for the growth of the plant(s).

FRESH FLOWERS

Due to many factors such as environment, water, sunlight etc. surrounding the care of fresh arrangements and bouquets, we cannot guarantee the life span of such arrangement/bouquet for any length of time. Any and all responsibility of care is solely on the buyer and Lily Stone Gardens holds no responsibility for the treatment of the arrangement/bouquet. Fresh flowers are delicate in nature and required attention and care.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
