Collection: Corms

Our specialty corm collection is one of our most sought-after offerings in the Lily Stone Gardens shop. We have been known for years as growers of quality ranunculus and anemones and admit that we are absolutely smitten with their charm and ruffly blooms. We are delighted to make corms of these luxury flowers available to home gardeners and small-scale growers; in our opinion, everyone should try these at least once. While ranunculus and anemones take some care and attention to get started, they are worth their weight in gold once their start blooming!

What's the difference between the different series of ranunculus? Here's a little bit of info to help you decide which type is best for your growing situation:

• The Amandine varieties are known for their vigor and tolerance of warmer climates.
• The Half Clone series pulls many of the benefits of the "full clone" ranunculus without the high production cost that comes along with the full Clone varieties. Half Clone ranunculus will still produce larger flowers than the Amandine series on longer stems.
• The Romance series is a new variety of ranunculus that has been bred for much larger blooms and longer stems. And it comes in some of the most beautiful sought-after colors. These corms are difficult to find as they are very new to the market.

NOTE: Our 2024 line of specialty cut flower seeds and corms is now live; we typically restock annually in the fall for corms and in January for our seeds. Orders are shipped Canada-wide via Canada Post. Please be mindful that seed and corm orders are not eligible for local delivery; if local delivery is selected, your order will be held at our Shop until alternate arrangements are made.
