Join us for a delightful afternoon of treats and tea followed by a Spring inspired floral design workshop led by our team of designers!
Come experience our High Tea, a classic offering of the Lily Stone Cafe! A fun way to spend your day, with a group of friends or loved ones enjoying all the delicate details and celebrating the joy of Spring returning. Scones, tasty finger sandwiches and sweet desserts are served on pretty floral dishware - truly a table to behold!
Menu:
- Silky quiche with spinach, feta & tomatoes
- Cucumber with fresh tzatziki on airy white bread
- Apricot preserves, ham, whipped goat cheese and fresh greens on sourdough rye
- Italian market chicken salad on a crostini
- Sundried tomato & Basil pinwheel
- Classic current & Midnight Garden scones served with devonshire cream and house-made strawberry jam
- Lemon burst cheesecake
- Honey lavender cupcake
- Raspberry thumbprint cookie
- Coconut cream tart
Following High Tea, each participant will be led through the floral design process and will create a floral arrangement to take home with them at the end of the afternoon. All supplies will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own garden shears/clippers if they would prefer to use their own.

The ticket price is for 1 guest. All supplies and instruction provided.
If you are planning to attend as a group, please place your order for the full number of seats required, OR indicate in the notes section at checkout if you are planning to sit with another guest who has booked separately along with their name.
Further details will be emailed to participants the week of the event. Floral color palette may vary from photo depending on availability of what is freshest at the time.
ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES
We are able to adapt the High Tea menu to suit gluten intolerances, nut and pork dietary restrictions, and vegetarian diets. Vegan and Dairy free cannot be accommodated at this time.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If participants become unable to attend the workshop after the tickets have been purchased, they are welcome to pass their tickets on to a friend or family member who could attend in their place.
In the event of severe weather events resulting in road closures, Lily Stone Gardens reserves the right to cancel the class. Attendees will be alerted of any cancellations via email. Alternate options will be provided via email at that time.
If attendance is low for a specific class, Lily Stone Gardens reserves the right to cancel the class. In that case, refunds will be issued.
