Normally grown as a tree in warmer climates; in colder climates like ours it should be cut before last frost.

Germination: 7-10 days at 24-27°C or 14-21 days 18-24°C. Provide consistent humidity for best germination.
Sowing:
Transplant (recommended): Sow indoors 10-12 weeks before the last frost. Can cover lightly. Bottom water or mist carefully to avoid displacing seed. Harden off and transplant outside after the last threat of last frost has passed.
Direct Seeding: (not recommended)
Care: Prefers warm conditions. Do not overwater.
Harvesting:
Fresh: Harvest when stems are more mature and have developed a more woody feel. If cut too soon, they will be prone to drooping.
Dried: Hang to dry.
