Oklahoma Zinnias produce medium sized heads with strong stems to support them. These are great seeds for a beginner grower, they thrive well on their own and love the heat of summer. The more you cut them the more they’ll bloom so snip away!!
Seeds per packet: 100
Variety: Annual
Sunlight: full sun
Height: 30-40”
Maturity: 75-90 days
Direct seed after all threat of the last frost has passed. To sow indoors, start 4-6 weeks before the last frost date and transplant when all threats of frost have passed.
When harvesting gently shake the stem to see if it has become ‘stiff.’ If so your bloom is ready to cut. Zinnias do not prefer flower preservative in their water.
