Spiky silvery, white globe-shaped flower heads that give great texture and whimsy to any garden and bouquet! A pale silvery colour is pretty rare in natural cut flowers, but Star Frost echinops fit the bill perfectly.
They work well in bouquets, arrangements, and hold well out of water for design work like boutonnieres or corsages. Echinops also make great dried flowers! Be careful - the globes can be a bit prickly as you work with them.
