Sowing:

Harvesting:
Fresh: When harvesting, look for stems where the lower blooms are just starting to open. Florets open from the bottom of the stem upwards and will continue to open after the time of harvest. Adding flower preservative in their water will prolong their vase life.
Dried: Not a common dried flower.
