Thin stems with a small puff on the end, in a moody merlot, almost black shade! Truly a unique twist on the classic bachelor button. Easy for beginning growers as they flourish well on their own. The more you cut them the more they’ll bloom so snip away!!
Also known as cornflower or garden cornflower.
Approximate Seeds per Packet: 100

Harvesting:
Fresh: When harvesting, choose stems that are just starting to open. Cut deeply into the plant to encourage branching. Adding flower preservative to their water will prolong their vase life.

Note: Bachelor buttons will often self-seed in the area it was planted the previous year. Free flowers!
