Small, pastel colored clustered flowers in a mix of white, pink and purple. Long lasting and makes a great bouquet filler!
Approximate Seeds per Packet: 100
Variety/Hardiness: Annual
Sunlight: Full sun, with some tolerance of part-shade in high heat of summer
Mature Height: 24-30”
Germination: 7-10 days at 24-27°C. Do not cover seed; light aids germination.
Sowing:
Transplant (recommended): Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Bottom water or mist to avoid displacing soil. Harden off and transplant when all threats of frost have passed.
Direct Seeding: Not recommended.
Care: No pinching or supports are needed.
Harvesting:
Fresh: When harvesting, choose blooms that are 3/4 open. Adding flower preservative in their water will prolong their vase life.
Dried: Harvest when flowers are completely open; hang upside down to dry in a dry location with good air circulation. Flower color often fades, but remains an interesting textural addition!
